We have 6 treatment types so if you already know what you're looking for then great! If you have no idea, that's fine as well.
Every treatment begins with a consultation with your Hair Therapist to discuss your hair & scalp concerns. Your Hair Therapist will evaluate & recommend which treatment & enhancements are best for you!

We recommend once a month for optimal results. However, you are welcome & encouraged to receive as many treatments as desired!

Our booking system collects your credit card information to hold your appointment; however, you will not be charged until you complete your appointment & check out.
If you intend on paying with a gift card or another card, no problem! The credit card is still required to hold the appointment, but we will redeem the gift card or other card at time of checkout.

Absolutely! You have the option to select at the time of your online booking or if you call to book.
Please be aware that schedules can change so if your requested Hair Therapist becomes unavailable, we will inform you beforehand.

Absolutely! Please make sure to indicate on your intake form (or let your Hair Therapist know) if you are pregnant or breastfeeding & your treatment will be tailored accordingly.

No! All our products are safe for color treated hair.

If you chose to leave with your deep conditioning treatment in), we advise you rinse out 6 – 12 hours following treatment with a small amount of shampoo.

Indicate your allergies on your intake form & inform your Hair Therapist. We will accommodate your treatment around them.

Anyone under the age of 18 requires parental consent. Any client under 18 must have their intake form signed by their parent or guardian in person before their first appointment.

You’re billed every month on the date you signed up for your membership. If you signed up March 3rd, your next payment would be April 3rd.

Memberships can be cancelled. Please note that if you’ve accrued treatments, you will lose them once you cancel your membership. There is a 1-year commitment for Founders Memberships.

For no-shows or any cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, we charge 100% of the cost of your service.
However, if you call to cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment, there are no fees.

If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us. If we don’t have an appointment after your scheduled time, we will accommodate.
If there is another appointment after yours, you can re-schedule or still come in knowing your appointment will be cut short to accommodate our next guest.
